Shipping

Shipping is CHF 5.- within Switzerland for a purchase up to CHF 100 .- and CHF 10 .- for a purchase exceeding CHF 100 .-

For Europe, shipping charges are CHF 25.- and for the rest of the world, CHF 35.-

Shipping charges include packing, handling and postage. We encourage you to group your purchases in a single order because we cannot group two separate orders. For orders shipped to foreign countries, a separate shipping charge will be applied to each order.

After receipt of payment, the packages are shipped with the following approximate delivery times:

- 1 to 3 days in Switzerland
- 3 to 5 days in Europe
- 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world

All shipping is done through the Swiss post office. Standard shipping is done via SwissPost, delivery without signature. Il is also possible to request delivery with a signature. In this case, additional charges will apply. Please contact us about this service.

The packages are sent at the risk of the purchaser.

Particular care is exercised for packages containing fragile products.

Items are packaged in oversized cartons and protected.
